Dr. Washington is an Associate Professor of Communication Disorders. Her interests focus on culturally responsive practice, fluency disorders, written language disorders, adult neurogenic disorders, and clinical supervision. Passionate about global and local engagement, she has extensive experience leading international clinical study abroad programs and regularly mentors both undergraduate and graduate students through clinical skill development and scholarly research projects. She also works with the faculty and staff as the program coordinator.
